This is in a shared house (2200sqft) in Portland's Parkside neighborhood near Grant & State St. with a quick 5-15min walk to downtown attractions. Common areas include a living room, foyer, kitchen and patio with a grill. Free laundry machines in basement. No smoking indoors and no pets. There are 3 others in the house, 2 girls and 1 guy currently, all in our mid twenties. We are all nice, clean, quiet on weeknights etc. Minimum lease of 6 months.
