equipment in the world. With multi-millions in sales in the past year, and on track duplicate the result next year-you can be sure of constant expansion.
As a consummate sales professional, you will be selling for a privately held European company, who is already recognized as one of the top 3 fitness product manufacturing companies in the world.
This is a non-quota-bearing, non-salaried, commission based position with complete management and training support to help you rapidly ramp up to full production. Candidates should expect full one-on-one web hosted training followed with opportunities to close deals within the first two weeks of hire. As an authorized representative, you will be selling with the strength and advantage of a company and brand that customers trust and recognize- while in your own protected territory.
Skills and Competencies:
-The ability to engage small to large
fitness and fitness related business
owners and managers
-The ability to present and close
value focused deals in 1-3 visits
-Capable of effectively managing a
daily schedule of new visits,
appointments, and overall territory
management
-The ability to meet monthly lead
quotas
-Strong ability to network.
Requirements:
-1
years of B2C or B2B field sales
experience (preferably in the field of
fitness equipment)
-Experience using consultative sales
techniques to successfully close the
sale
-Experience in making a high volume of
outside sales calls consisting of
daily visits to commercial customers
-Excellent communication skills and
the ability to cold call' customers
face to face
-Possess a strong work ethic and a
high level of personal integrity and
professionalism
-Basic computer skills
-Reliable transportation and valid
drivers license.
Education:
-College degree or working toward one is preferred but not necessary
-Sales and marketing background is desirable
-Sales courses are also desirable but not necessary
