Summary of Position Description
Responsible for supporting the CBO Revenue cycle management application system(s) support needs. Responsibilities include development and implementation of quality assurance processes; Maintaining application functionality within the MaineHealth model system and supporting CBO end user needs by serving as the primary practice management system resource. Collaborates regularly with CBO staff, hospital departments, physician practices, application vendor representatives and the MaineHealth EPIC support team.
