As a part of the Business Intelligence team under the Medicare Stars department, this critical role is primarily responsible for the production and enhancement of reporting and forecasting tools that give our business the insights necessary to drive market-leading quality include:- Monthly Stars rating performance reporting and forecasting- Ad hoc analyses leveraging Aetna and industry data- Development of analytic tools and models that give visibility into industry trends and performance goals- Consultation with other Stars team members around data/performance/forecastsTechnical Skill Requirements- MS Excel - Power User- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Access & Word- Knowledge of SAS & SQL tools - willingness to develop subject matter expertise- Knowledge of Business Objects Universe - willingness to develop subject matter expertiseCharacter Trait Requirements- Autonomous; self-starter- Intellectual curiosity; eager to learn and develop knowledge and skill-sets- Precise, accurate, detail-oriented
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
