Assistant Front Office Manager

The Assistant Front Office Manager's primary function is to assist the Front Office Manager with the daily operations of the front office. He or she acts as a supervisor to all Front Office personnel, assist with guest complaints. Represents management in the Front Office in the absence of Front Office Manager. Assistant Front Office Manager is accountable for ensuring that guest interactions with Front Office personnel are handled properly, and that the experience is a pleasant one for the guest. This is accomplished by overseeing employee/guest interactions and interceding when necessary.
Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task. Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range. Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Must possess good communication skills; fluency in English preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
