The primary function of the Night Cleaner is to do heavy duty cleaning of operation in all food and beverage areas after hours. Responsible for all proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment in the outlet kitchens, food production and storage areas. Maintains cleanliness of all floors mats, ovens, vents, and kitchen equipment throughout the back of house. Other deep cleaning projects and cleaning of the public space required from time to time.
Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task. Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range. Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Good communication skills required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
