Job Details:

Position in our Call Center, which serves as the primary point of contact for patient calls. Performs patient scheduling, registration, access for prescriptions, referrals and other patient requests. Accurately documents detailed patients in electronic medical record.
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Requirements:
Completion of and certificate from Medical Assistant program
Current BLS
Minimum one year experience working in a medical facility or call center
Knowledge of medical practice telephone protocols
Excellent phone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and calmly
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as member of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
