We seek an experienced real estate and probate litigator to join the Trial Services Group in our Portland, Maine office.
If you bring at least 3-5 years of experience and a passion for these areas of law, we want to hear from you! In this position, you'll focus on real estate and probate litigation matters, offering you an opportunity to showcase your expertise with clients and in the courtroom.
You will work closely with other litigators, as well as the firm's real estate and probate subject matter experts, on cases ranging from boundary disputes, to quiet title actions, to guardianship and will contests.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
