In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including constructing sheds, patios, performing interior remodeling projects, precision painting, and furniture assembly.
Key
Responsibilities:
Construct sheds and patios, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
Execute interior remodeling projects, meeting client specifications.
Perform painting tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Expertly assemble furniture and install cabinets.
Collaborate effectively with team members and subcontractors.
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
Requirements:
2 years of Handyman experience (Required).
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction methods.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Additional Requirement:
This position requires the ability to travel to various businesses in southern Maine to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
