What Position Is In Store NextThe Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with store operations, including but not limited to, revenue, safety, security, customer service and state and federal compliance.

The Assistant General Manager will report directly to the Regional Director and will be guided by the General Manager.

The pay range for this role is $17.

This role is eligible to receive a MONTHLY performance-based bonus up to $245.

What You'll Be Responsible ForoEnsure the store is open and closed and secured each business day.
oMeet and exceed sale objectives through unit rentals, insurance protection and retail sales of other in-store productsoMaintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.
oFoster an environment of accountability for customer service; resolves customer concerns, work order and repair requests.
oSecurely manages payments and processing, handles cash and balances receipts.
and the delivery of bank deposits accurately and timely.
oManage the security of company assets, functionality and repair of company equipment and cleanliness of company grounds.
oEnsure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed in a timely and efficient manner.
oAssist with General Manager with auction process, including but not limited to, handling collection calls and notices, preparing for auctions, buyer pay out process and preparing the unit for new tenants.
Essential QualificationsoHigh School Diploma or Equivalent oValid Driver's License with reliable transportationoStrong ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously oStrong written and verbal communication skillsoAbility to problem solving and conflict resolutions skillsoAbility to regularly perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse environmental conditions, weather, noise extremes and chemical, debris and traffic hazards Desired Qualifications oAssociate degree or Bachelor's degree in business management, real estate, logistics and supply chain, construction management, marketing or equivalent o2-3 years of related experience in retail, real estate, rental property management, logistics and transportation, e-commerce, construction, insurance or hospitality and housekeeping Why You'll Like Working HereReady to take your career to the next level?
