Summary Position Summary The Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) at Maine Medical Center (MMC) is Master's prepared, nationally certified nurse as defined by the AACN Role Description Practice Standards 2003.
The mission of the CLN is to assure the provision of expert, quality, evidence-based care for patients and families in a variety of practice settings.
The CNL also provides leadership inthe development of staff, resources, and programs that support the MMC mission.
The CNL partners with health careproviders and management teams to develop and deliver quality health care to specific patient populations.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Masters degree required.
Graduate from a Masters program in nursing with an AACN approved CNL curriculum.
License/Certifications:
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
Clinical Nurse Leader certification required.
Experience:
3-5 years' clinical experience required in area of expertise prior to Masters prepared education.
Experience as registered nurse, knowledge base from CNL academic program.
Skillful communicator, problem solving, systems analysis, financial expertise, evidence based practice and research.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
