Medical Education Program Coordinator II-Medical Education

Position SummaryUnder limited direction of the Operations Manager, the Medical Education Program Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative components of several complex and dynamic Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), Graduate Medical Education (GME), Continuing Medical Education (CME) and/or other Medical Education initiatives and activities.
This individual is expected to partner with their respective course director(s) and other Medical Education Leadership to ensure smooth and effective administration and support of assigned programs, initiatives and activities.
This person is expected to establish and maintain close working relationships with clinical, academic and administrative staff internal to MMC and statewide, to ensure complex administrative processes reflect best practices in healthcare.
The Medical Education Program Coordinator II reports to the Operations Manager.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Associates degree or 3-5 years of relevant administrative work, preferably in an education or health care setting.
License/Certifications:
N/A
Experience:

Experience in a customer service oriented role within a complex, dynamic environment.
Experience coordinating and facilitating initiatives/activities in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience collaborating and working effectively as a member of a team Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make independent decisions based on sound judgment and discretion while under pressure.
Demonstrated high level organizational skills for planning and implementation; project management related experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently collect, organize and manage details.
Proficiency in, and demonstrated ability to integrate, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based applications for process improvement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
