Maintenance Technician - Floater

Avesta Housing is looking for a well-rounded, dedicated, skilled Maintenance Technician (floater) to maintain buildings and grounds of our affordable housing properties in the Greater Portland region.

This a full-time, hourly non-exempt position with opportunity for overtime pay.
Hourly wage is $20.
00-$22.
00/hour.
Work Location This job is on-site floater position in the Greater Portland region.
