Summary Position Summary The Senior Director, Enterprise Project Management Office is an effective leader who works to ensure proper alignment with MaineHealth's strategic objectives for enterprise-wide projects, programs and portfolios.
With visibility across the entire organization, He/She will work as a business partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement an Enterprise PMO.
The goal of the Enterprise PMO is to provide system-wide guidance, governance, standardized processes and project portfolio management best practices, tools and techniques.
This ensures all projects serve to directly further the MaineHealth mission, vision and goals set by the executive team.
It also reduces wasted resources and ambiguity, and increases success rates with all MaineHealth initiatives.
He/She will be responsible for communication and reporting the overall portfolio health to MaineHealth Sr Leadership.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience:

years of proven leadership experience.
Strong project management experience.
Strong financial acumen.
Expert facilitation and collaboration skills.
Outstanding business acumen.
Outstanding organizational skills including knowledge of quality and project management tools and techniques.
Demonstrated experience with process/workflow analysis, design and implementation.
Expert change management skills.
