A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATORAs an entry-level Operations Administrator with our nonprofit, you review all veteran applications and supporting documentation to make sure everything follows our policies.
You work with case managers to resolve errors when they happen.
You prepare, review, log, code, and submit documents as well as provide preliminary approval for eligibility requests.
To help us track financial trends and performance in our nonprofit, you work with your colleagues on regular performance reports and ad hoc reports, tools, or basic analysis.
You are also involved with assisting our customers by reaching out when they miss appointments, documenting your outreach efforts and their progress, and keeping case managers in the loop on all of your engagement efforts.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR?Associate degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, or accountingTwo years of experience in accounting, auditing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Military experience would be a plus! Attention to detail is a must, as you'll be dealing with important and sensitive information that needs to be reviewed and entered correctly into our database.
