Facilities Maintenance Coordinator - Part-Time
Portland, ME Portland, ME Part-time Part-time From $18 an hour From $18 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Duties / Responsibilities Keep buildings and grounds neat and clean Clean bathrooms in assigned areas daily Empty all assigned trash containers daily Dispose of trash and recycling regularly General Dusting regularly Vacuum carpets daily Clean and wash floors daily Touch up windows, as needed Shampoo carpets as needed Replace bulbs as needed Complete hazardous waste report regarding disposal of bulbs etc.
for audit purposes Check inventory of supplies, paper products, trash bags etc.
Assist with purchase of supplies as needed Shovel or treat all entrances and walkways during ice and snow events as appropriate Escort vendors as needed General sweeping or organizing multiple hangars as needed Know and follow all safety rules and proper procedures associated with the responsibilities of the job.
