AIRPORT MAINTENANCE MANAGER Aviation & Transportation Department - $1,500 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Available - The Portland International Jetport has an opening for an Airport Maintenance Manager.
This Manager supervises two Maintenance Supervisors, two Airfield Electricians and 12 maintenance workers.
This senior management position reports directly to the Deputy Director of Operations and Maintenance.
The Jetport is seeking a forward-thinking and innovative candidate to look at all aspects of the department and make recommendations to the deputy director.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in training, coaching, mentoring teams and has prior operations, maintenance and construction experience.
Ability to develop, implement and monitor a predictive/preventive maintenance plan.
Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
The selected candidate will reinforce the Jetport's core values of Safety, Service, Teamwork, and Trust.
Successful completion of TSA Criminal Background check in accordance with TSR Part 1542 to acquire and maintain an airport security badge is required for this position.
Offers of employment are contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
Non-Union position - Grade C45 - Starting salary range $78,362-$90,859 annually.
