8K a year Position Summary Fully Remote Position This position is the first level of a two level career path.
The incumbent will support the job evaluation process and is responsible for supporting day to day compensation policy decisions and completing wage surveys.
The role is also accountable for collecting and analyzing salary survey data.
The incumbent also participates in the development and implementation of the annual Compensation Program Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:

Experience:
One to three years of HR experience is required.
Experience in the discipline of Compensation is highly preferred.
