The Property Maintenance Technician is an exciting opportunity to join the Shalom House Property Management Team.
The Property Maintenance Technician will work as part of a team to maintain Shalom House properties including routine custodial duties, maintenance as well as emergency repairs.
Familiarity with a wide variety of cleaning techniques and repairs including electrical, plumbing, painting, snow removal and general property upkeep.
Essential tools are provided.
Property Maintenance Technician must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
as well as stoop, bend and stand.
