Exceptional telephone, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills required Thrives in a fast paced, front line customer service environment Adaptive/flexible:
demonstrate the ability to deal with multiple, concurrent and rapidly changing demands Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Resolve challenges in order to enable service results.
Respond to telephone and email service requests with timely and accurate information Work collaboratively with our business partners to provide solutions for customers Ability to work an (8-hour) shift between 8:
