We are growing quickly and offer an exciting opportunity for a Vice President to join our Technology Practice in our Portland, Maine office. This practice area supports Fortune 500 clients in growing their businesses. This is not an IT consulting role; this job is focused on growth strategy development and management consulting activities.

Responsibilities: Vice President
This candidate will help lead our Technology Practice Area:
Introducing Beacon to new clients
Working with junior staff to maintain an up to date and comprehensive database of client relationships
Identifying new engagement and business development opportunities within the technology and communications industries
Developing, writing, and presenting engagement proposals
Maintaining a full schedule of meetings with clients and potential clients
Vice President-level candidates will also be responsible for thought leadership across Beacon Technology Practice engagements and in general publications.
Practice leadership responsibilities are also part of the job.
This position reports directly to the company President.
Qualifications:
MBA required
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Technology or Communications sectors in one of the following functional roles:
Strategy management consulting (growth focus)
Corporate or business level strategic planning (growth focus)
Business development experience strongly preferred.
Mastery of time management, project management, and presentation skills
