Job Profile
The Product Support Associate will perform an integral role in supporting our customer's use of RxAnte's web-based software program (RxEffectTM). The Product Support Associate is the first point of contact when customers encounter problems or defects with the product/program, or have questions about the provider incentive program. This individual will answer telephone inquiries, respond to emails and lead web-based and in-person support sessions. Further the Product Support Associate will proactively develop tools (e.g., FAQ, web demos) that will enable faster adoption of and familiarity with our software and provider incentive program. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Customer support
Delivering training, service and support to end-users via telephone, email, and other electronic media
Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about RxAnte products and services
Gathering customer's information and determine the problem/issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
Tracking issue trends to determine if there is a systemic issue and also to identify potential enhancements to the product
Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
Escalating issues to technical team, product team and account management team as needed
Technical writing
Writing end-user documentation for RxAnte software products (how-to guides, FAQs, etc.)
Working closely with software development team, product team, and account management team to document technical specifications and product enhancements
Studying drawings, specifications, mockups, and product samples to document operating procedures
Collaborating with developers and product personnel to become familiar with product technologies and terminology
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Capable of troubleshooting problems accurately
High level of professionalism and maturity
Comfortable with technology
Familiarity working with software developers and/or health care providers is a plus
