Join Spurwink''s dynamic Outpatient and Community Services team as a Clinical Manager. This position will oversee daily operations and clinical programming at Spurwink''s Psychiatric Clinic, Affiliate Practices and Integrated Care Program. Reporting to the Senior Director of Outpatient and Community services, successful candidate will have an integral role in growth and development of clinical programs within the department.
Duties:
Provide oversight of daily operations to ensure effective functioning of clinical programs including Affiliates, Psychiatric Clinic and Integrated Behavioral Health Services.Participate in recruitment, hiring and training of clinical and administrative staff for clinical supervision and consultation to providers.
Qualifications:
Master's in Social Work; Masters or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology or mental health/social services program. 5-6 years of LCSW clinically-supervised, direct service experience, and preferably 2-3 year's experience as a program supervisor/administrator and/or program developer/leader serving diverse-need, youth, adult and family populations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
