Job Responsibilities
Front desk reception - greet guests, mail, deliveries
Facilities - maintenance issues, parking passes, utilities issues, access
Office supplies - ordering online, receipt, storage
Phone - order phones, managing vendor relationship
Shipping - manage FedEx shipping
Kitchen supplies - coffee ordering, creamer, daily clean up
Event coordinator - summer and holiday event
Accounting - assist with filing
Assist with customer inquiries
Conference room and meeting management
Office organization, manage office cleaning contractor, office clean-up asEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
