Job Description
The Product Manager, US Digital Sales Platforms develops and executes the Online Account Opening platform strategies, that enable distribution of multiple TD Bank (America's Most Convenient Bank's) products through the digital channel.
Identify and share synergies and best practices between the Canadian and US sales platforms
Represent the Digital Channel on projects and initiatives as business owner; aligning the teams to the vision, providing online expertise and identifying opportunities to deliver online enterprise-wide tools and resources that drive usage and improve sales performance
Actively monitor and manage the health of the sales capabilities and processes
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience, sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
Recommend and implement strategies and tactics to maximize shareholder value (e.g. increase sales, reduce risk, improve operating expenses)
Assess and communicate on a monthly basis, the sales platform performance, key drivers and opportunities for improvement
Actively work with business partners, product owners, distribution channels, and support groups, to create an effective and efficient sales approach that delivers distinctly superior customer experience
Collaborate with risk partners, Fraud, Compliance, GAML, Legal and TRMIS, to identify risk issues related to the online sales process and create mitigation plans
Work collaboratively with various Digital Channel teams, marketing and business partners to understand customer and prospect needs and behaviours, brand direction, and enterprise strategy
Be the US Sales subject matter expert; synthesize research to ensure enterprise understanding, monitor the external competitive landscape and proactively provide thought-leadership to prioritize initiatives

Qualifications
Previous product management and online sales management and/or implementation experience in Financial Services is preferred
Business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem solving skills
Proven understanding of TD's product offering(s) and current processes
Demonstrated strong project management and analytical skills required to effectively oversee projects
Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a fast paced environment
Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong teamwork orientation and proven leadership capabilities with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, requiring ongoing. re-evaluation of priorities
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma process, an asset
Prior online or direct channel experience, an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Undergraduate degree or post graduate degree is an asset
Travel may be required as needed
