Job Description:
We need a Contract Recruiter to help fill the many job openings at our fast growing software company. This person can be located anywhere in the continental US and will need to service the east coast during standard business hours.
Responsibilities include:
Perform all aspects of sourcing including internet promotions, networking, various job board posting sites, and employee referrals
Use Applicant Tracking System to manage applicants and communications
Manage various job posting sites for job promotions
Conduct out-bound recruiting efforts to engage qualified candidates to apply for open positions
Screen all applicants and conduct initial phone review with qualified candidates
Arrange phone based and in-person interviews for hiring manager
Coordinate job offers with hiring manager to selected candidates
Track hiring costs to determine best hiring practices for Certify- - Utilize client tools, methods, and procedures to drive results.
Some local and domestic travel may be required to attend job fairs and other events.
Basic Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of recruiting experience overall
At least 3 years of corporate recruiting and/or sourcing experience
Successful experience sourcing from a variety of resources
Experience defining and deploying social media recruiting strategies
Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree preferred
Experience recruiting in general recruiting including Sales, Support, and Account Management personnel
Technical recruiting experience for software developer / IT personnel
Excellent interpersonalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
