Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain client contracts
Assist Sales Representatives with invoice process and account reconciliation
Answer phone calls and welcome visitors
Order office supplies and keep the office enviroment organized
Other administrative tasks as needed to keep the team productive
Plan fun activities for the team
Requirements
Ability to prioritize tasks as needed
Passionate and positive work attitude
Very comfortable using office software like Outlook, Word and Excel
Energetic and eager to help
Detail oriented and a fast learner
Accounting experience preferred, but not required
