A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a trusted business advisor to CashStar customers providing valuable guidance around implementation and optimization of their CashStar solution. TAMs are the single point of contact and accountability for customers during the implementation of CashStars industry leading, branded digital currency solutions. Working with aggressive implementation timelines, TAMs leverage best practices and proven expertise to maximize a customer's CashStar solution. TAMs work closely with client's internal stakeholders and processes to integrate a CashStar product into client's organization to achieve the desired result/ROI. To achieve this a TAM marshals the necessary resources(both CashStar and client), reviews existing process and systems, creates implementation plan in accordance with best practices, identifies obstacles and provides access to product experts when necessary.
Key Initiatives:
This role is responsible for the management of customer implementations. Scope and decision making include:
Manages a diverse mix of client onboarding projects
Documents recommendations via delivery plan and presents to customer and account team unit
Manages the delivery of recommended/agreed-upon solution to achieve high customer satisfaction and trust
Makes good, timely and financially sound decisions with moderate uncertainty or pressure on a consistent basis
Consistently demonstrates concise and effective communication with customers and employees
Occasionally leads sharing of best practicesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
